Who processes your data

The data controller is Thinkify, a sole proprietorship under Belgian law, 7520 Tournai, Belgium (company number BE1034.114.129). For any question about your data: write to us.

When you visit the website

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or third-party services: nothing is collected to track you.

The server keeps no log of visits. Only its error log may contain the IP address of a request that failed. It is used solely for the security and proper operation of the website (legitimate interest). Its size is capped: its oldest entries are erased automatically as it fills.

When you write to us

If you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, we process what you send us: your name, your contact details, your company name and the content of your messages.

• Why: to answer your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare a proposal and follow up on our exchanges.
• On what basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering those who contact us.
• For how long: three years after our last exchange if no contract is signed; otherwise, the term of the contract, then as long as our legal obligations require, accounting ones in particular.

We sell your data to no one and do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is a Meta service. Messages you send us there go through Meta, which processes them under its own privacy rules, including possible transfers to the United States. If you would rather avoid this, write to us by email.

Who has access

Your data is read only by Thinkify. It is stored with technical providers bound by contract, who do not use it for their own purposes: the website host, Infomaniak, in Switzerland, and our email provider. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision: your data is protected there at a level recognised as equivalent to the GDPR.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it and ask for a copy in a reusable format. To do so, write to us: we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).

What about the Thinkibot product?

This page covers only the thinkibot.eu website. Messages that a company's customers send to its Thinkibot assistant are processed on behalf of that company, under the contract signed with it: the company is responsible for them, and it is the one to contact.
